  • Protect Your Skin From The Sun

One factor that contributes to skin aging is sun damage. So, start by using sunscreen with an SPF 30 or any higher rating when going out. It can be used on your face, neck and any other part of the body that will be exposed. For optimal results, re-apply sunscreen after every two hours. 

  • Stay Hydrated

  • Get Enough Sleep

  • Use A Gentle Cleanser
